Everyone who plays Paintball at Crossfire Creek must fill out and
sign a waiver form each time they play at the field. Anyone under 18 years of
age must have a Parent or legal Guardian sign the waiver. Players must be at
least 10 years or older to play at the field. If a Parent or Guardian will not
be accompanying a minor (age 10-15), then we ask that a medical permission form
be filled out and singed as well. If you have any questions please ask the Field
Staff.
Having the Waiver and Permission forms filled out and
ready when you get to the field will help speed the registration process, and
allow for more time to play.
